Notice Requirement:

To cancel your registration, we require at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the event. Please submit your cancellation in writing via email to seminars@ncswash.com. This allows us to manage our event planning and offer your spot to other interested participants.

Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: Cancellations received with 30 days or more notice will be fully refunded.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event will incur a $99 cancellation fee. This fee covers part of the costs already incurred in planning for your attendance. The remainder of your registration fee will be refunded.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your written cancellation notice. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of registration.
Exceptions for Extenuating

Circumstances:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. In cases of serious illness or family emergency, we may waive the cancellation fee. These exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be requested.

No Verbal Cancellations:

To ensure clear and verifiable communication, verbal cancellation requests will not be accepted.
